Effective 14 September 2026
Who is responsible
Serhii Omelchenko is the developer and data controller for Chairman: Football Club Sim. For privacy questions or requests, email somelchenko.work@gmail.com.
Your career
Career progress and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate an account system or receive a copy of your saved career. Removing the app removes this local data unless the operating system preserves it in a device backup.
Rewarded advertising
Google Mobile Ads supplies an optional rewarded ad from the Funds screen. Watching it is your choice. The game grants the displayed in-game reward only after the advertising service confirms that you earned it.
Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising data, approximate location, product interaction and diagnostics to provide, measure, secure and prevent fraud in ads, according to your region and privacy choices. Where consent is required, the app asks for it before requesting an ad. You can change applicable advertising choices from the game menu.
Advertising processing relies on your consent where required. Google and its partners may also rely on legitimate interests or legal obligations for limited purposes such as security and fraud prevention, as explained in the consent form and their notices. The consent form identifies the advertising partners that may receive data. See Google’s privacy policy and advertising information.
Purchases
Apple processes Premium and club-investment purchases. We receive the transaction status and product identifier needed to grant or restore a purchase on your device. This processing is necessary to perform the purchase contract and to prevent fraud. We do not receive your full payment-card details. See Apple’s privacy policy.
Support and advertisement reports
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request, investigate a problem, or handle an advertisement report. This is based on taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in supporting and protecting the game. Correspondence is normally deleted within 24 months after the matter is closed, unless it must be kept longer to establish or defend a legal claim.
Retention
Career data remains on your device until you restart the career, remove the app, or the operating system removes it. Apple retains purchase records and Google and its advertising partners retain ad data under their own retention policies. Advertising consent choices remain until they expire, you change them, or the consent system asks again.
International transfers
Google, Apple, and their service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy notices explain the locations and safeguards they use for these transfers, including applicable adequacy decisions and contractual safeguards.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell your career data. Information handled by Google or Apple is governed by their policies and by the choices those services present to you.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your personal data, or object to its use. You may withdraw advertising consent at any time from Ad privacy choices in the game menu. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it.
The developer does not receive your locally stored career. You can remove it by restarting the game or deleting the app. Requests about data held directly by Apple or Google should also be made through their privacy tools. To exercise rights concerning information held by the developer, use the email address below. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or the authority where you live or work.
Automated decisions
We do not use personal data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
